Inspired in the garden
Garden-inspired jewelry by Connie Rodgers of University Park (pictured) will be included in Reiman Gardens' 9th annual Garden Art Fair July 10 (9 a.m.-4 p.m.). This year's event has 60 vendor booths, with more than 20 artists new to the fair. Their work includes photography, stained glass, pottery, watercolor painting, silk scarves, carved wooden bowls, garden art, cards, paintings, handmade jewelry and more. Reduced garden admission of $7 ($6 for seniors, $3 for kids ages 4-17) gets visitors into the art fair as well. Admission is free for garden members and ISU students.
The Master Griller from Earlham will serve grilled meat sandwiches and side dishes. Soda, water, snacks and popcorn also will be available for purchase, with proceeds benefitting the gardens. Submitted photo.
