The big 2-5
What better way to celebrate a silver anniversary than hanging an 80-foot
banner that shows your accomplishments through the years? That's exactly
what the College of Design did last week. But getting the banner in place
was no easy task. Students had to stand on a bar to counterbalance the
device that raised the banner (left). Then, as the banner started to go up
(bottom left), the end flipped over onto a lower balcony and had to be
released (bottom middle). But in the end, the banner came to rest in its
designated place in the College of Design atrium (bottom right). Check out
another
silver anniversary event. Photos by Bob Elbert.
