Big day

Cael Sanderson (left) talked with President George W. Bush (right) and U.S. Rep. Tom Latham in the Oval Office and was honored by the U.S. House Oct. 1 for his wrestling feats. Named the male Big 12 Athlete of the Year in September, Sanderson finished his career with a 159-0 record. He was named the outstanding wrestler in all four of his NCAA Tournaments and recently won the ESPY Award for the outstanding college male athlete of this past academic year. Submitted photo.
