First lecture in series next week

Jian-Kang Zhu, University of Arizona, will present the first Distinguished Lecturer Seminar on Plant Response to Environmental Stress at 2 p.m. Friday, May 31, in 1414 Molecular Biology Building.

Zhu, a pioneer in the field of abiotic stress signaling, will talk about cell signaling under salt, drought and cold stress.

The Center for Plant Responses to Environmental Stresses annually will host a speaker who is a leader in the field of abiotic or biotic stress response of plants.
