Business dean visits under way

Three candidates for dean of the College of Business are interviewing on
campus. The candidates are Kenneth Evans, associate dean for graduate
studies and research at the University of Missouri, Columbia, since 1997;
Ronald Hill, professor of social responsibility at the Pamplin School of
Business Administration, University of Portland, Oregon, since 2001; and
James Koch, director of the Center for Science, Technology and Society at
Santa Clara University, California, since 1997.
Koch visited ISU last week. Hill and Evans are visiting campus next week. A
public forum for each will begin at 3:30 p.m. in 205 Carver. Hill's forum is
on April 8; Evans' is on April 11.
In addition, each will attend a diversity forum in 3150 Beardshear. Hill's
diversity forum will begin at 3:30 p.m. April 9; Evans' at 3 p.m. April 12.
