The College of Design's first Freshmen Creativity Competition Jan. 16-18
asked student teams to create a new image for the Ames power plant. (A
professional competition will be held in Ames later this spring.) One of the
student teams' visions is pictured here. Cash prizes were awarded to the top
five presentations.
