The new neighborhood It doesn't look like the model yet (right), but work began last May on the residence department's master plan for Union Drive. The north wing of Helser Hall was demolished to make room for a new community center. Workers recently began laying the foundation for the center. The neighborhood also will include three suite buildings, the first of which has been started and is expected to be finished next fall. The others will be completed in the fall of 2003 and 2005.
