Finishing touches

A team from facilities planning and management applies thermoplastic crosswalk sections to a freshly paved Union Drive Tuesday morning. The section of the road between Lincoln Way and Bissel Road reopened Wednesday after a four-week, phased project to repair damaged sections of the concrete underlayer and replace the asphalt top layers.
