Healthy eating demonstration

Advice from the pros

ISU Dining's executive chef Everett Phillips (left) and sous chef Jeffrey Arthur helped launch a "Healthy Eats at the MU" series March 26, sponsored by the Nutrition Clinic for Employee Wellness. Phillips and Arthur prepared a salad that featured organic greens, grilled chicken (or tofu), mango, jicama and a lime vinaigrette. Wellness coordinator Sally Barclay said she hopes to schedule "Healthy Eats" as a quarterly series and include other professional chefs from the Ames and Des Moines areas. Photo by Bob Elbert.
