Feb. 13, 2009 Museums' masquerade is Feb. 28University Museums hosts its fourth annual "Brunnier Bash: A Masquerade Ball," from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Brunnier Art Museum, Scheman Building. The masquerade ball is open to the public and will feature the band LSB, along with hors d'oeuvres and cash bar. Attendees are encouraged to wear formal dress and masks or make masks at the door. Door prizes to be awarded include gift certificates to Panera Bread, a University Museums annual membership and tickets to the Australian Chamber Orchestra performance at Stephens in May. Tickets are $5 per person and $9 per couple in advance, or $8 per person at the door. Tickets are on sale at the Brunnier Art Museum, Farm House Museum, Christian Petersen Art Museum and the University Museums office. More information about the event is online, or call 4-3342. |
