Campus visits scheduled for energy center director finalists

Four finalists will interview for the director of the Iowa Energy Center position the week of Dec. 15. The center is administered by Iowa State. Each candidate will participate in a public forum. The finalists and their forum details are:

• Dec. 15, 3:30 p.m., 3512 Memorial Union: Harvey Sachs, senior fellow, buildings program, American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy, Washington, D.C.
• Dec. 16, 9 a.m., MU Oak Room: Anne Kimber, director of energy services, Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities, Ankeny
• Dec. 17, 9 a.m., MU Oak Room: Kevin Nordmeyer, partner, RDG Planning and Design, Des Moines
• Dec. 19, 9 a.m., MU Oak Room: Bill Nesmith, independent consultant and senior energy adviser, National Association of State Energy Officials, Salem, Ore.
