Easy does it

The closing of Osborn Drive through late November has created much heavier traffic on Pammel Drive, including CyRide buses, construction trucks and regular commuter traffic. The speed limit on Pammel Drive remains unchanged at 25 mph; it just makes a lot more sense now to stay at or below that speed. "Be careful out there." Photo by Bob Elbert.
