Previous service on the council: Council member (2001-03, 2005-08); executive committee (2002-03, 2005-08); president-elect (2007-08); vice president (2003); secretary (2006-07); at-large officer (2002-03); communications committee member (2001-02); compensation and benefits committee member (2002-03; 2004-05) and chair (2004-05); peer advisory committee member (2006-08); policies and procedures committee non-council member (2003-04); university planning and budget committee member (2007-08) Council's top goals this year:
Thoughts on the year ahead:"I think that in the last several years, P&S Council has really become more involved with decision-making on campus and provided more input. We've been given the opportunity to participate, and we need to take that seriously and provide the best input that we can to represent what P&S staff are thinking." |

We know that president Geoffroy is very interested in salaries that are based on performance. To get there, and to be able to base increases on performance, you need to have good tools to do that."
