The first cup(s)President Gregory Geoffroy (right) and vice president for student affairs Tom Hill were the first customers at the new Caribou Coffee shop in the Hub when it opened July 21. Summer hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Caribou Coffee, 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for ISU Dining's adjacent Hub Grill and Café.
