Healthy food demonstration

Eat a pita

Diana Di Fabio, a freshman in nutritional science, stirs up pita filling during a healthful cooking demonstration last week. Three students and a former ISU employee brought favorite recipes to a MacKay Hall food lab and shared samples of their dishes.
