The Producers

The Producers, winner of 12 Tony Awards in 2001, comes to Stephens March 13. Show time is 7:30 p.m. Based on Mel Brooks' Academy Award-winning 1968 film of the same name, the musical tells the story of theatrical producer Max Bialystock and mousy accountant Leo Bloom. They hatch the ultimate scam: raise more money than needed for a sure-fire Broadway flop and pocket the difference.
