Francesca Galarraga joined Iowa State Jan. 14 as human resource service's assistant director for equal opportunity and diversity. She will assist with equal opportunity and affirmative action compliance; help Iowa State recruit and retain diverse faculty, staff and students; and lead outreach efforts to diverse local communities.
