Sesqui vending machine

What we love

The first two of 20 scheduled vending machine fronts celebrating Iowa State were installed in Carver Hall last week. The beverage machine fronts are an ISU Dining project to observe Iowa State's sesquicentennial, but can remain in place beyond the celebratory year. ISU Printing captured portions of the 6-by-8 foot "What We Love About Iowa State" mural created last spring by Sticks Inc. of Des Moines and printed them on a translucent material using a large format printer. Those prints were mounted on clear Plexiglas provided by the beverage vendors for their machines. Photo by Bob Elbert.
