University convocation is Monday

Iowa State's annual fall convocation is Monday, Sept. 10, at 3:15 p.m. in the Memorial Union Sun Room.

President Gregory Geoffroy will speak and university awards will be presented to faculty and staff.

"We are extremely proud of the many significant contributions that Iowa State's faculty and staff have made to education and to our world through their outstanding teaching, research and outreach," Geoffroy said.

A reception will follow the ceremony. See pages 5-9 of this Inside for a list of award winners.
