Aug. 24, 2007 Benefit concert is Sept. 7The music department will hold a fanfare concert Friday, Sept. 7, to celebrate the beginning of the academic year and raise funds for department scholarships. Featuring both faculty and students from the department, the concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Music Building Recital Hall. It will be preceded by a carillon concert at 7 p.m. at the ISU campanile. Tickets are $20. Anyone who purchases three tickets in advance will receive a fourth ticket at no cost. To buy tickets, call the music department, 4-3831. A reception follows the concert. |
