Nov. 17, 2006 Sherr speaks on women, politics and mediaLynn Sherr, ISU's fall 2006 Mary Louise Smith Chair in Women and Politics, will deliver her presentation, "Outside the Box: Women, Politics and Media," at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 28 in the Memorial Union Sun Room. Sherr is an award-winning investigative reporter for ABC's 20/20. She was a national correspondent for ABC News, and served on ABC's political team. Sherr has authored several publications, including the book Failure Is Impossible: Susan B. Anthony in Her Own Words, and coauthored Susan B. Anthony Slept Here: A Guide to American Women's Landmarks. The lecture is free and open to the public. |
