Dress rehearsal for graduate schoolMcNair Scholar Selorm Atiedu (right) summarizes his research to Patricia Leigh, ISU curriculum and instruction, during a poster presentation April 24 by this year's McNair Scholars. The program helps low-income, first-generation or minority college students complete their undergraduate degrees; enter graduate school and complete Ph.D. degrees. Undergraduate scholars are paired with faculty mentors who involve them in research and introduce them to the rigors of graduate school.
