A short program will begin at 4 p.m. Richard "Dick" HortonA retirement reception for Dick Horton, professor of electrical and computer engineering, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, in the Memorial Union Campanile Room. A short program will begin at 3 p.m. Horton has been an ISU faculty member for 40 years.
