AnswerUniversity photographer Bob Elbert catches the reflection of the Marston water tower in a water wall on the north side of Hoover Hall. The wall is a feature of the H. H. Henningson Plaza linking Hoover and Howe halls. The plaza is a gift from Chuck Durham to honor his father-in-law, who graduated from Iowa State in 1907 in electrical engineering.
