Q: How long do I need to save all my documents when I have served on a search committee?
A: You must keep all your records connected to a search committee for at least three years. But before you get ready to toss anything, check with the Affirmative Action Office. If a complaint has been filed in relation to the search, you must keep your documents until it has been resolved.
