Perceptionsexplores life
ISU Theatre's Second Stage Production will be Perceptions, three plays dealing with how we perceive the events of our lives. The plays to be presented are Sweet Eros,by Terrence McNally, about a young man who kidnaps a young woman to force her to love him (adult content); What We Do With It, by Bruce MacDonald, about a daughter who blames her life on her father; and Tape,by José Rivera, about facing the end of one's life. The plays will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, April 22-23, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 25, at Fisher Theater. Tickets are $6 and available at the Iowa State Center box office, TicketMaster outlets or by calling 233-1888.
