Dobson to Oklahoma State

College of Liberal Arts and Sciences interim dean John Dobson has accepted a position as dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Oklahoma State University. The appointment begins Aug. 1.

Peter Rabideau will join the ISU team on July 1 as liberal arts and sciences dean.

Dobson has been with the history department at Iowa State for 31 years.
