Q: Who owns the Memorial Union?
A: The Memorial Union, including the building, is owned by a non-profit corporation created in 1922 to build and operate the facility. Members of the corporation include regularly enrolled students, and faculty, staff and alumni who have paid a life membership of $100 or more. The Memorial Union is managed by a board of directors consisting of students, faculty, staff, alumni and a member of the State Board of Regents.
