Alston "Jerry" Shakeshaft

Alston "Jerry" Shakeshaft, assistant professor emeritus of political science, died Dec. 23 in Ames of heart failure. He was 73. He retired from ISU in 1995 after 28 years on the faculty. A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, in the Memorial Union Sun Room.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the Shakeshaft Fund, Department of Political Science, 503 Ross.
