Death

Lester Earls

Lester Earls, former professor of physics, died Oct. 28 in Madrid from complications of a stroke. He was 91. Earls was a member of the physics faculty from 1938 to 1975, and served as professor emeritus until 1996. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lester T. Earls Scholarship Fund, Sigma Psi, Iowa State University chapter.
