Lil Blau
A retirement reception for Lil Blau, a clerk in the Accounting Office, will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, in 210 Beardshear. Blau has been with the university since 1976.
Wanda Niemann
A retirement reception for Wanda Niemann, secretary in animal science, will be held from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, in the Memorial Union Cardinal Room. A program will begin at 4 p.m.
Maurice Larson
A retirement reception for Maurice Larson, distinguished professor of chemical engineering, will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, in the Memorial Union Campanile Room. A program will begin at 3:30 p.m.
Philip Ford
A retirement reception for Philip Ford, auto mechanic for campus services (facilities planning and management), will be held from 3 to 4 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 15, in the Campus Services shop. Ford has been with the university for 25 years.
Ken Smith
A retirement reception for Ken Smith, construction manager in facilities planning and management, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, in the FP&M conference room, General Services.
Dahlia Stockdale
In lieu of a reception, colleagues of Dahlia Stockdale are soliciting letters, memories and well wishes for a memory book for her. Stockdale, professor in human development and family studies, is hospitalized after being diagnosed with cancer in October. Marcia Bankirer
A farewell reception for Marcia Bankirer, director of Extended and Continuing Education, will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, in the Brunnier Art Museum, Scheman Building. A short program will begin at 4 p.m.
