ISU bands schowcased at Nov. 16 concert

Music will more than fill C.Y. Stephens auditorium during ISU's Band Extravaganza on Sunday, Nov. 16. The concert begins at 3 p.m.
"Band Extravaganza is a showcase of the great talent we have in the students at Iowa State. . . it allows us to show off that talent," said Joe Christensen, director of bands.
Band Extravaganza will feature the Symphonic Band, ISU Jazz Ensemble and ISU Wind Ensemble. It also includes the only indoor performance of the year for the ISU Marching Band and drumline, which will perform the second half of the show.
The $8 tickets for the concert can be purchased in 107 Music and the Iowa State Center box office.
