ISU Dining delivery

A morning staff meeting in the dean's conference room at the College of Design is briefly halted for a snack delivery from the Design Café. ISU Dining's new online ordering system, WebFood, allows students and employees to create an online order for delivery (at College of Design or Maple-Willow-Larch halls and commons) or pickup at the Design Café or East Side Market. Pickup or delivery?

by Paula Van Brocklin

ISU Dining just made grabbing a quick lunch quicker, thanks to its new online ordering system, WebFood. The service includes pickup or delivery of minimum $5 orders at Design Café and the East Side Market. An added bonus? There are no delivery fees and tips are not allowed.

Delivery

Delivery is available only in the College of Design (Monday-Friday, 10:15 a.m.-2 p.m.) and at Maple, Willow and Larch halls and the Maple-Willow-Larch Commons (Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-10:30 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m.; Saturday, 11:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.; Sunday, 11:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m.).

Pickup

Anyone may pick up online orders at either the Design Café or East Side Market during the same hours. When you place your pickup order, WebFood will automatically tell you when your order will be ready, usually within 30 minutes. And to make getting your lunch even more convenient at Design Café, there is a designated line for online orders. ISU Dining hopes to expand WebFood to include pickup orders at Clyde's Sports Club (Union Drive Community Center) next spring. Photo by Bob Elbert.
