Lyle Hurley
Lyle Hurley, former patrolman, detective and assistant manager in ISU security (1967-1990), died Feb. 24 of cancer in Ames. A memorial gathering will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at Sundberg-Kirkpatrick Funeral Home, Madrid. A memorial service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 1, at First United Methodist Church, Boone. Memorials may be sent to this same church.
