Pride point
"C2" at Iowa State is one of the world's most advanced computer virtual reality rooms. In C2, researchers study a variety of subjects, using computer-simulated environments.
Correction
The Nov. 7 issue of Inside Iowa State contained a flawed "pride point." ISU's central campus was designed by the Olmsted Brothers. Their father, Frederick Olmsted, started the landscape architecture firm and is the designer of New York City's Central Park.
