Help Center offered at beginning of semester
As a service for students prior to the beginning of fall classes, Iowa State once again will offer the Help Center.
The Help Center will operate out of Beardshear Hall on Saturday, Aug. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Sunday, Aug. 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Help Center focuses on students new to Iowa State, but is intended to meet various beginning-of-the-semester needs faced by any student. Staff in accounts receivable, the registrar, student financial aid and employment, the treasurer's office and parking will be available in Beardsher.
Other offices open during Help Center hours include the computation center and telecommunications in Durham, the ISU Card services in the Memorial Union, Student Health Center and the residence department in 1215 Friley.
