Retirements
Clare Tweedt
A retirement reception for Clare Tweedt, electronics
technician at Ames Lab, will be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Friday, June 27, in 158 Metals Development conference room.
Tweedt has been with Ames Lab since 1972.
Richard L. Willham
A retirement reception for Richard L. Willham, C.F. Curtiss
Distinguished Professor of Animal Science, will be held from
3 to 5 p.m. Monday, July 7, in the Brunnier Gallery. An
exhibit of art work commemorating 38 years of teaching,
research and extension is planned.
Garry Mitchell
A retirement reception for Garry Mitchell, a supervisor in
Central Stores, will be held from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Friday,
July 11, in the Memorial Union Campanile Room. A short
program will begin at 3 p.m. Mitchell has worked in Central
Stores for 31 years. Cards and letters are welcome and can be
sent to Norm Hill, Central Stores.
