Focus groups report on work environment available in Parks Library
As part of an effort to assess and improve the campus climate for faculty and staff, nearly 40 focus groups were conducted in FY94. Approximately 200 people from various employee, ethnic and other groups were queried about the university work environment.
A report on the focus group results is on reserve at Parks Library.
The report will be used by campus officials and the Diversity Steering Committee as they seek ways to create a work environment that values and welcomes all faculty and staff.
