CENTER TICKET DISCOUNT ISU employees are reminded that ticket discounts for events in the 1995-96 season at Stephens Auditorium are in effect until July 31. Patrons who order tickets for at least two events receive a 10 percent discount on their orders. Installment payment and ISU payroll deduction plans are available. Brochures detailing performances, ticket prices and seating in the Stephens schedule are available by calling 4-3347. TUNE TIME Members of the campus, Ames and surrounding communities are invited to join the ISU Summer Chorus. No audition is required. The chorus rehearses from 7 to 9 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays during June and July and will present its final concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 23, in the Recital Hall, Music Building. Those interested in joining the chorus should call 4-0395. MERIT TUITION GRANTS Merit tuition grant applications for fall semester 1995 are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, in the Personnel Office, 16 Beardshear. Applications and guidelines for eligible merit employees (E and H base) are available in the Personnel Office or by calling Kathy Strohl, 4-6457. To receive reimbursement for summer session 1995 classes, merit employees must have two photocopies of grade slips (and proof of payment for off-campus classes) to the Personnel Office by 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1. PALS NEEDED Adults are needed to volunteer for the Ames-ISU YMCA Big Pal/Little Pal program. Big pals must be willing to commit for a year and spend two hours a week with their little pals.
